ReplyDeleteI believe that cardiovascular exercises are very important in losing weight, but I think that running on a threadmill is not as effective as interval cardio training. It is a type of cardiovascular exercise where you sprint for a short period of time such as 30 seconds, and you jog slowly for 60 seconds. Continue and repeat this cycle for a total intensity which challenges you such that it stretches your physical limits by a little each time. Progressive training is key.
