655+(9.6*Weight)+(1.8*Height)-(4.7*Age)= BMR
Example BMR calculation for a woman who weighs 150lbs (68kg), is 5'5" (165cm) and is 35 years old:
655 + (9.6*68) + (1.8*165) - (4.7*35) =
655 + (652.8) + (297) - (164.5) = 1,440 Calories (BMR)
